It’s been a week since we were immersed into the world of Celebrity Big Brother. We’ve had two new additions and nominations. But drama and ‘action’ wise I would say it’s been slow! I am confident things will change as ‘cliques’ and ‘rivalries’ start to form. Don’t get me wrong, it’s been far from boring, and I’ve enjoyed getting to know some of the unfamiliar faces.
Last week, I was excited about Ray J and Team Best. Still enjoy watching them both, but slight opinion change. I want to see more of Ray J, instead of sleepy RJ, but I think the shock of nomination may mean we do. As for Angie, I agree a bit with Coleen. God bless her, there is no denying she looks amazing but I feel she needs to reign in her ‘preaching’ slightly as it’s already starting to grate on other housemates, which may have caused her place in the house to be at risk on Friday. I hope that’s not the case, but we’ll have to wait and see. Where do I start with Calum? He is just beautiful! I didn’t like him going in on Coleen but when he explained it in the diary room I do get where he is coming from. And his little bromance with Jamie is adorable, just don’t let the girl come between you both!
I think my biggest opinion change is with Coleen and Stacy. I hope Stacy gets another chance and survives this weeks eviction. I do agree she is an easy target for nomination but I do really like her (not the fringe, the fringe bugs me, clip it back girl!) I’ve also got a soft spot for Coleen which surprised me. I like listening to her little chats with various people, and I’m sure she had lots of fun giving Calum that lap dance ha.
Out of the three girls Jasmine is my favourite this week. She is Carla Connor’s double! I like her sass and her attitude. Bianca is a sweetheart, I liked how she looked after Austin when he had a wobble. Nicola not so much. It was uncomfortable watching her last night all over Jamie, regardless of whether he knows her husband or not, it wasn’t nice. And she keeps snapping at Jasmine too!
And what is going with Austin! He’s like a yo-yo, one minute he’s the lovely guy we all know from last time, then he’s walking round in the smallest pants known to man (I agree James, what was in his pants right?) then he’s in meltdown. I do wish James J would stop picking on him though. I like them both and wish they would be friends! Chin up Austin, we know you can do it! James J, I do enjoy watching. He’s a love-able wind up, just hope he know’s what he’s doing with Speidi! They are just getting warmed up I reckon. They were disappointed at getting so few nominations, so I can them upping their game this week. Can’t wait!
Who could forget the new arrivals? Jedward! I won’t lie, I was gutted when I heard it was them going in. I did like the song they performed though, it was catchy! (Don’t tell anyone I said that, I will deny it!!) Amazingly though I have grown quite fond of them, I was in stitches when one of them-sorry boys, still don’t know which one is which- sat with Angie when she was meditating. Hilarious! I thought she would have been annoyed, I’m glad she saw the funny side. But I could imagine living with them on a daily basis would start to take its toll, so I think some of the housemates will start to get irritated by them.
I still stand by my opinion on James C and Brendan. Lovely chaps, but I don’t think they are for the house. I do hope it’s James C that is evicted this week, but I fear it maybe Stacy. I hope not, you can tell she is still full of her fascinating stories ( um Wesley Snipes!) Who do you want to leave this week?
This series for the first time I’ve started to watch Celebrity Big Brother Bit On The Side. Rylan is so amusing to watch, his legs are the longest I think I’ve ever seen! I suspect I started tuning in to see the Speidi interview, will make interesting viewing! Most memorable guest so far- Lisa Appleton! Somewhat controversial but damn she has guts!! She does what she wants and doesn’t dwell on what people think. Love it!!
